The village of Poroi is a fishing area , there is a nice lake in close proximity ,a motor cycle-track, a forest reserve,a hospital.

The house is a part of a housing complex of 5 houses with a communal swimming pool and barbeque.
The house is located in the country side, in a very calm and beautiful area, surrounded by nature, forest, with fresh air .In the same time it is close to all the kinds of amenities that the Resort of Sunny Beach offers.
The house is on two floors, 132 sq. m.large .
First floor comprises of a spacious living-room and dining area, a kitchen box and a bathroom with WC. Second floor comprises of three bedrooms, with a large terrace, delightful panoramic mountain view, and a big bathroom.
