Sunny Beach is the largest resort on the Black sea coast in Bulgaria, with developments of a lot of Bulgarian beach properties, built in the last few years. There are regular bus services and mini trains that run regularly to each area of the resort and to the old town of Nessebar. A boat is running regular trips every 20 minutes from Nessebar to Sunny Beach.
Sunny Beach is only 25 kms away from Burgas international airport.
The sandy beaches and lots of entertainment and facilities make Sunny Beach a desired place for investment and holidays.
The complex is located right next to the lovely Aqua Park and 10 minutes walk from the lovely beaches of Sunny Beach . The location of “Holiday Fort Golf Club” is very advantageous – it is just outside the overcrowded center of the resort and at the same time on walking distance from the magnificent beaches of Sunny Beach and the exciting night life in the resort.
Garden area of the complex is colorful combination of natural plants and trees over more than 13 500m2. Due to the exceptional mild climate in the Sunny Beach area the Golf season there is practically 12 months! Foreigner investors are planning to build in the near future a 18 hole golf course very close to “Holiday Fort Golf Club”.
The first part of “Holiday Fort Golf Club” consists of 7 sections A1-A2, B1-B2, C1-C2, E1, F1and F2 and has 186 apartments – 64 studios, 81 one bedroom apartments and 41 two bedroom apartments. The prices of apartments in the complex are the lowest possible for this area of Sunny Beach. The building of the complex started March 2007, rough building and roofing is expected to be finished January 2008 and completion expected in June 2009.
