Voinika is a large sized village situated 60km away from the city of Burgas and the Black sea coast. It is 20km away from the big town of Yambol. There is a primary school, a health center, shops, a cafe, a restaurant inside the village. There is an old Bulgarian church in the center of the village.

The house is on one floor and is 48sq.m. large with a summer building -10sq.m. It has two rooms and a large garden of1240sq.m. with  fruit trees,vineyards and vegetables.
